This law firm initially wanted to take my case. When I came back months later, I was basically told by Jessica, who isn’t an attorney, in no uncertain terms, I had no case. I received a call the next day by another woman who said Atty Ramos didn’t want to take my case again, but if I really needed an attorney for court, to call them. This was after I was made to feel , on the phone, which was a 15 minute phone call, that I shouldn’t even bother to try. I was left feeling stupid, and confused. I have been set up with another outstanding law firm who actually took the time to talk to me about my medical history. Attorney Ramos and staff don’t care about the individual. They care about the money only. They let Jessica do their talking initially. She comes across like a junk yard dog…..I called a wonderful attorney who did take my case and today I was approved, no hearing needed.....
