A little pricey for the quality of service. My case was settled quickly, only 1 real complaint but I feel it's a big one and worthy of losing a few stars. Everything was quick except receiving the payout, I'm pretty irritated that in 2026 companies are still using checks and USPS. They made a lot of money, their cut was more than I received after the Dr bills were paid and instead of sending payment via wire transfer or some other digital form of instant payment, they send me a company check. And instead of using an overnight courier service like FedEx or UPS, they send it USPS, no tracking, no urgency. Just a plain OLD check in the mail. It's been over a week since the check was "mailed" and still nothing in my mailbox, Unbelievable!!! I have to assume my bank is going to hold it for at least another week after I make the deposit due to the higher amount. At the very minimum they should offer the clients options of how to be paid out with NONE of those options being a regular check in the regular mail and no way to track it. Almost every company demands instant forms of payment but when it comes time for them to pay up they choose the slowest most inconvenient way possible to pay out. Very inconsiderate!

I have been in one other accident other than this most recent one and so of course, getting into another one was extremely stressful. But, Mariel really made this process as seamless as possible, while also advising some options that greatly impacted me in the end! Such a helpful attentive person to work with. Thank you Mariel!
