Jenae Randall represented me in a custody case of mine in 2021, she was professional, informational, and the communication was prompt. She worked wonders on this case. Fast forward a few more years and I found myself in need of her expertise again. In August of 2024 I found myself in need of a lawyer and Jenae represented me on another case and did not disappoint for a second time. Another wonderful experience and she went above and beyond for me. She is knowledgeable and helpful but one of my favorite things is she does not sugar coat anything and is straight forward with what to expect. I HIGHLY recommend Randall Law firm, your peace is worth every penny and to have Jenae and Katy on your side makes you feel less alone in a stressful situation, 10/10 recommend!

It's difficult to even find a starting place to describe Jenae and her law firm. Words such as Professional, Passionate and Driven all fall short of describing her both as a person and professional. She and Kate went above and beyond to meet our needs. What initially started as a simple client and attorney relationship blossomed into so much more. Their level of compassion made our difficult journey so comforting. We will forever remember how they made us feel like family.

Janae was appointed ad litem for our case and started out quite well and seemed to go over evidence and fight for the child really well. This case drug on for a year and a half. The week before court she started acting differently and became very unprofessional including cursing during meetings, then completely flipped on her original decisions from the months prior. She allowed her own personal feelings to get in the way of her professional opinions and in the end the judge didn't agree with her decisions. Not to mention the outrageous amount she charges for what seemed like very sub par work.

Jenae is a dedicated professional and I am tremendously impressed by her work!

Unprofessional, overpriced, should not work with kids or family cases involving Abuse, unfairly biased, constantly late, poor feedback & communication skills, an absolute nightmare for our family's case

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Do NOT use her as an ad litem in your case. Absolutely stear clear and get someone else if at all possible. She did little to NOTHING in regards to my daughter, was EXTREMELY biased from the beginning, and did NOT follow up on a single thing. Never called and talked to teachers, counselors, people regularly in the life of the minor child, and only met my child twice. Thankfully the judge was able to see right through her and the poor judgement she has and her recommendation was NOT used. Mothers: DO NOT USE!!!!!

Was not pleased with this attorney at all. She knows why. Not gonna elaborate because that's not the kind of person i am. Glad things went the way they did and not in favor of her recommendation.
