They were able to win my case when I thought I had zero chances, they helped me though a very difficult process I could not do myself and would highly recommend their services.
This attorney office doesn’t know that at will employment doesn’t cover retaliation, tried to tell me I’m incorrect with an attitude after i literally recited word for word what the federal law states counts as retaliation AND how its a federally protected act. This attorney is uneducated, unprofessional and plain rude, take your business somewhere that actually knows what theyre doing, this is the most unprofessional office ive ever had the displeasure of speaking to, and the other reviews just prove that point. Bad business practices
Beware, worst ever. They couldn't win my disability case because an attorney quit, didn't notify any clients, then other attorneys took his cases but did absolutely nothing to prepare the client nor themselves, & lost. Their response, sorry we had a layer quit. They handled an auto accident as well & settled even though I was going into surgery in a couple of weeks & he didn't fight for more because he wanted to just settled the case. Then I was told if I was to sue the individual himself for the accident, they wouldn't represent me. I'd have to find another attorney. They just wanted to settled & move on after collecting their portion. It's a numbers game for them. Take on as many cases as you can, they're bound to win at least a few. So much more. A peer of theirs (different attorney, different office) made a racist remarks as we headed into the meeting/settlement/recorded deposition. It was all done on the same day which seemed weird to me because it was all set up to just get a small settlement. I was given no direction & it felt like they were doing me a favor. No respect, was treated as lessor than, & even one of their attorneys, won't name names but I could, confronted me after reading a letter that I sent to his colleague & made a comment about how he disagreed with me, but I stood my ground & told him why I wrote that & that's how I felt & saw the entire situation. The one attorney who lost my disability case was a nice attorney & I believe had no choice but to take my case but it was not a good several years dealing with this law firm. They have relocated since. I just hope that they are better now than they were back then. I wasn't the only person to suffer due to their negligence, many others did as well. It took me going to The Bernstein Law Firm to get my disability. I was treated so good & with much much respect. The Bernstein Law Firm is one of the best firms out her in Michigan. Not all the lawyers in this lawf firm are bad, maybe i was caught up in a bad time for them but that should not have affected me or others.

Had to most of the work and research myself. My lawyer wouldve settled for a lowball settlement. I researched case law and found i could get a lot more in a workman's comp case. Came across arrogant and acted like I didnt know anything about the law
