Steve Wiggins represented my father’s wife in a trust fund dispute. My father’s Trust documents irrefutably, Irrevocable stated that his wife was to only receive income generated from his trust. Rather than accepting several offers from my family to settle the dispute, Mr. Wiggins choose to intimidate us in his effort to rewrite my father’s trust. He failed in his effort and his client ended up setting for much less than we initially offered. He also tried milking my father’s trust in attorney fees but also failed In that attempt. It is my opinion that Mr. Wiggins is the most inept, incompetent attorney I have ever had to deal with. Please be careful because I think he does not know anything regarding Alabama Estate Law.
