I scheduled a consultation with Eric for assistance, and it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional interactions I’ve experienced. From the start, the conversation felt rushed and dismissive. His attitude was noticeably poor — he came across as impatient, uninterested, and condescending. When he asked me a question, I began explaining my situation to provide context, but instead of listening, he cut me off mid-sentence. It was clear he had no patience or willingness to actually hear me out. The call felt like he was just trying to get off the phone as quickly as possible rather than doing his job or helping in any meaningful way. Before I could even finish explaining, he abruptly ended the call. It’s honestly surprising that someone with that kind of attitude is in a position where they’re supposed to help people. No one should feel talked down to, rushed, or dismissed when they’re simply trying to get guidance. 10/10 would not recommend — save your time and go elsewhere.
