Excellent attorneys. They communicate well and truly care about their clients. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Being experienced trial attorneys, they are not afraid to take your case to trial if need be. Highly recommended!
By far the BEST attorneys out there. Quick, fast, professional, doesn’t play any games and gets the most they can. Wouldn’t want to use any other attorney for a car accident. 10/10 highly recommended trust me you will not regret it.

Rick and his team were amazing in helping my family thru the issues in their motor vehicle accident in Oldsmar. He was attentive, we were able to reach him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on his cellphone. We highly recommend Rick Millian and Retamar & Millian if you are ever in a car accident.

My car was hit in an accident and I didn’t know what to do. A friend referred my to Rick for counsel. I called, and he was extremely understanding of my situation and handled everything for me. I was so impressed with his knowledge as we as his understanding. He took all the stress away. In the end, Rick fought for me and I walked away feeling great...as well as getting a nice check out of the deal. He’s the best and very personable as well as comforting. Thanks Rick!!
