When the letter arrived stating that my daughter no longer was considered disabled, I panicked. She is living with me so I know the disability is real. I called 211 to see what this meant and what I had to do, and after waiting an hour on the phone, I finally spoke to someone. The person suggested a legal representative and gave me a few numbers. Some didn’t answer, others were disconnected. I’m so glad that “RGV Disability” answered right away. The young lady that answered knew just what I was going through, after a few questions, she set up an appointment to speak to the attorney, Mr. Raines. When he called and explained the process, what to expect and what he was going to do, it was such a relief to me and my daughter! He was successful and he won the case. No one should have to go through this alone, not when we can call Mr. Justin Raines at RGV Disability! Best choice I ever made. My daughter and I both highly recommend him to anyone going thru a similar situation. You are not alone, we have Justin Raines to fight the legal battles for us.
