Chris Jensen was very professional and helpful in assisting us with an issue. He spent a great deal of time doing research on a topic that he (and we) was not familiar with. The subsequent correspondence he provided on our behalf was thorough and comprehensive. We very much appreciated the professional support of Riggs Abney and Chris. We have recommended the law firm to a friend.
I use them through Legalshield and they are great lawyers!!! It's the billing clerical people that are awful. Even though I pay them on time they 'strongarmed' me into giving them my credit card number and I told them it was a one time only payment. Now they won't quit using it along with discontinuing to send me a paper bill. I told them to stop and they said I don't have a membership card on file even though I have been with them for many years.

I had a question about a settlement payment from my insurance company following major storm damage to my home. I received a call from the attorney within a few hours of my request. Replies to my questions dealt with areas I hadn't initially considered. He was professional and knowledgeable, direct and to the point. After the call I felt much more confident in my options. you did all you could do, but it was not enough. The Amp Smart insisted on charging us. I even stopped the auto pay from our bank but that did not get their attention. Just by luck. A new security company came by. They said they would buy them out and they were 20$ cheaper a month also so that is how this story ended up. We have the new equipment in since July 28th.
