I really regret hiring these people as my personal injury attorneys. They are completely rude, impatient and have no compassion for their clients what so ever !! I pretty much walked myself through my whole case by myself and with advice from others who’ve been through similar situations. I made a complaint about how my case was being handled over the phone and was simply told “ They don’t care find another attorney “ . Which was fine with me , as I’m in the process of finding a new attorney They miraculously call me with a change of heart ready to settle my case instantly. I was left feeling so rushed and confused and betrayed. None of these attorneys were willing to meet me or drop of any paperwork being that my vehicle was totaled from the car wreck , But they were willing to drive to my house with the papers for me to sign the release in order for them to get a 3rd of my compensation. I can honestly say the only thing this firm assisted me with was making sure that my medical bills were covered other than that completely useless. I’m only writing this in hopes that no one else will get the same treatment and feel as I feel .

These people are out of their minds. The lady had me sign a bunch of papers and told me she would not move forward with the case until I speak to Sobo and Sobo. I moved on with Sobo and Sobo and these crooks are trying to move on with the case anyway. I do not want you working on my case…… I do not want you working on my case….. I do not want you working on my case… Cease and Desist. NOW

I had what I believed to be a very complex tax issue that I thought I could never get rid of which was extremely daunting for me and they resolved it with ease. Thank you to everyone at Keith S. I have been working with Keith S. Rinaldi, P.C., for almost 3 years now in regards to various legal matters and inquiries. I have to say that Alessandra was more than I could ever hope for. She was not only knowledgeable, but she was extremely thorough, organized and responsive. ⚠️Warning ⚠️ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RINALDI TAX! The manager Alessandra Rinaldi, who is the daughter of the owner, was extremely rude, condescending and completely ineffective at mailing out my taxes. Rinaldi tax is responsible for sabotaging my 2020 tax returns. Do not take the risk of doing business with Rinaldi Tax. It's not worth it at all. I deeply regret trusting this deceitful, manager named Alessandra Rinaldi at Rinaldi Tax. I will never do business with Rinaldi Tax again. I will also persuade as many people as possible to never do business with Rinaldi tax ever again. This complaint is especially directed at Alessandra Rinaldi who laughed at my situation while we were on the phone today. A problematic situation that she helped to create. The whereabouts of my supposedly mailed out tax forms are unknown today because of Alessandra Rinald. This manager will certainly destroy her father's business conducting herself in this manner. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and ineffective. I requested for Rinaldi Tax to mail out my "already prepared" 2020 tax returns back on the 17th of February. I was charged $150 at Rinaldi Tax and I paid $150 to Rinaldi Tax for this service. After I paid, Alessandra Rinaldi made it clear on multiple occasions that she was "busy" and that she hadn't mailed out my taxes. This is common when it comes to the poor business practices and the business culture of legal practices in Dutchess county. Good service or being a priority is often reserved for clients or customers who are perceived as having a higher value. Alessandra Rinaldi began speaking to me as if I was an inconvenience to her. This confused me but I waited patiently. She told me that she would mail out my taxes when she could. I had to make follow-up calls (some of which were ignored) to verify that she mailed out my taxes. She then claimed that she mailed my taxes out a week after she received them. Later, this same manager would claim that she mailed out my taxes without being certified so there was no record of my taxes being mailed out. This was unimaginable! After waiting months and not receiving my tax returns, I called Rinaldi Tax on a few occasions. I left a message, didn't receive a return phone call but I did speak with her on June or July of 2021 at Rinaldi Tax. She told me to call the IRS because taxes were delayed this year. Alessandra also claimed that she could not get a hold of anyone when calling the IRS. I needed my tax return this year to help reinvest in my business, repair my car and cover other emergency expenses. I was becoming increasingly concerned about the status of my tax returns. When I was finally able to reach Alessandra Rinaldi in September 2021, she informed me that she was unable to show me proof of sending out my tax returns. She became dismissive when I asked questions to determine if she mailed out my tax forms to the IRS. In response to my questions she tells me: "I'm not going to deal with this" and "What do you want me to do?" I was surprised by her outburst and behavior. I'm glad that I was in a public place while someone's camera was recording and they successfully captured our conversation. She became angry and aggressive on the phone after I explained the financial situation I was in due to not receiving my tax returns. She made sarcastic remarks regarding the hardships I'm experiencing. I requested a refund. At first she tried to tell me that it would take a week to return $150 to me. I knew that was a lie and Alessandra Rinaldi was attempting to prolong my negative experience with her poor performance and horrible business practices. After being insulted by Alessandra Rinaldi for rightfully asking about a refund, she eventually agreed to return my money the next day. That was last Friday. Today, I was able to get in touch with the IRS. They have not received my tax forms. I called to Rinaldi Tax to find out what happened and I was laughed at by Alessandra Rinaldi and told not to call back.

Very professional. Alessandra is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her communications. She goes above and beyond for her clients, Highly recommend!

Rinaldi Law is a wonderful family oriented business, from day one they were very welcoming and understanding, They were all attentative and informative and communicating effectively.
