I had a consultation zoom meeting with Jennifer Lane concerning how a will is dispersed. She was thoughtfully through in gathering information and patient when explaining how wills are dispersed and all options that would apply. Walking into a very emotionally difficult conversation, Jennifer left me feeling relieved and confident in my next steps. She has deserved my highest recommendation. Thank you Jennifer.

From the beginning, the Team was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable after me presenting the Situation with my Case to the Lead Attorney. They took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I understood every step of the process. I just had a consultation with Stephen Whitmore yesterday discussing on what I need to know in selling a property with my siblings. He went over all the things I can expect in dealing with a buyer, pitfalls that could occur along the way, including working with my siblings. He took his time to answer all my questions. I have been so worried on how to proceed with handling a sale; by the time we finished with the consultation, I felt so much better. I wanted an attorney who is knowledgeable in real estate and this is the attorney I want to work with. There was no pressure at all during the consultation.

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. None of them mention winning an actual case. I retained this firm for an employment matter and paid over $5,000 in fees. During the course of representation, I repeatedly had to correct basic factual inaccuracies in my own case materials and provide revisions to key documents, including the demand letter. For a matter billed hourly, this level of inattention was concerning. A firm deadline of February 4th was set for a settlement response. When that date passed without movement, I was advised not to be concerned, despite the urgency of the situation. I continued to be billed during this period without measurable progress. After requesting prioritization and clarity regarding billing relative to progress, the firm chose to close my file rather than continue representation. Prospective clients should ensure they fully understand the firm’s communication practices, billing approach, and litigation strategy before retaining counsel.

I’ve had an initial meeting with Nicole Griffard and one subsequent meeting with Nicole Griffard and the para-legal who works with her, Chabelly Gurrola. I found them both to be very easy to work with, thorough and pleasant. While my trust may not be overly complex, it has some nuances that I required. How those could be incorporated was easily explained. I’m very pleased with the services we’ve received.
