I contacted this law office about a possible Childhood Disability (CDB / Disabled Adult Child) case. After explaining my situation, I was told they “could not take the case,” but no reason was given just that “the lawyer said so.” It felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially since I had clear documentation showing a qualifying disability before age 22. A simple explanation or guidance would have gone a long way. If you’re looking for a firm that communicates clearly or is open to discussing more complex mental health related disability claims, you may want to look elsewhere.
