Working with Nick Valinsky at Romano Parker Associates was a smooth and reassuring experience from start to finish. I came to him with a complex situation involving my home solar system, specifically, an issue where my solar production wasn't being properly tracked or routed due to a disconnect between Tesla Powerwall integration and a third-party ground mount system. The installer had used a side tap but didn’t fully coordinate the setup, which led to production losses and an incomplete view of system performance in the Tesla app. From the beginning, Nick was professional, kind, and highly attentive. He patiently answered all of my questions and helped me navigate each step of the dispute. Though the resolution process involved some back-and-forth and required me to dig in and help coordinate with an independent electrician, Nick remained a steady presence. He ensured the process didn’t stall, kept communication open, and acted as a strong advocate when things needed to move forward. In the end, we were able to secure reimbursement for all lost production and the out-of-pocket costs for the electrician and wiring correction—over $2500 total. There were some minor legal fees deducted, but considering the outcome and the fact that I avoided additional delays and headaches, it was well worth it. I’m incredibly grateful for Nick’s support. Even when things got frustrating, he was always responsive and on point.
