This firm never offered to help or take my case - just a bunch of run around about an extremely sensitive topic. Ronald Kaplan is extremely rude, insensitive, and will cover up being “direct” with a potential client to save face for him actually being ignorant. It is not the fact that they did not take my case that makes me feel any type of way, it is how the Mr. Kaplan went about it, how he talked me, and how he made me feel. I don’t need anyone to coddle my feelings - but at the very least he could’ve shown some human decency and RESPECT, but he did not. I would not recommend him to anyone. Not even for a consultation.

Having Dr. Kaplan representing my case was the best decision I could have made about my case. He really cared about me as his client and faught for my case in the most professional way. I will always be greatful to him and his amazing assistant, Ms. Susy.
