If I am calling to inquire about potential suing. The receptionist isn’t supposed to tell me that the doctor did not do anything wrong when you have no information on my case. That is very unprofessional and I would never contact this office again.

Our family will forever be grateful for our lawyer Brooke Balterman. My dad went through a frightening and distressing experience after his cancer was missed due to medical malpractice (something that could have cost him his life).
