Me and my mother have always come to Terry, after my last experience that will never happen again. The assistant Michael, let my case sit on his desk for eight weeks. Then they finally decided to forward it to another attorney who put an unbelievably low demand in for my case. Lucky for me I called Terry and demanded a new attorney. Josh Orlan! Josh Orlan is the best of the best. Terry, you need to do better. Your assistant Michael, and whatever litigation attorney received my case from Michael, should be fired and have their license revoked. I don’t think it’s a coincidence this happened to my case after Michael called me asking me to give my dog to my ex-girlfriend. My case was intentionally sabotaged by Michael and the following attorney before Josh. Absolutely disgusting way to conduct business

The partners of our firm, Terry and Michael, are committed to the ethical practice, transparency, and aggressive advocacy on behalf of every client we represent. Nothing improper, unethical, or negligent occurred in the handling of your file. At no time was your case ignored, delayed for weeks without action, or “sabotaged.” At no point did your case “sit on a desk” or go unattended. There was always continuous activity, including regular evaluation, communication, and progression of the file. Additionally, the allegation that anyone at this firm intentionally harmed a client’s case could not be further from the truth. Although some clients would like immediate results and resolution, the reality is that some cases take longer than others due to the complexity and legal issues involved. Our firm’s reputation is built on integrity and results. We stand by the professionalism and diligence with which this matter, and every matter, is handled. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you and encourage you to call our office so that we can clarify any misconceptions and misunderstandings that you have.

Terry Rosenblum was been my attorney for an accident in 2006 and now almost 20 years later, he has delivered again. The great team and Rosenblum & Mayer really did a great job with my case and I received the best care as well. I also forgot to mention that I now reside in Texas and that wasn't a problem them. Roxanne and Carmen were great to work with and regularly checked in on me to make sure I was being taken care of at the highest level. I love the team at Rosenblum & Mayer, truly the best accident attorney's.
