This lawyer represents my husband. He has advised my husband to hide assets and not send my daughter to me with necessities such as her GLASSES. He calls me yelling at me and accusing me of being racist and other things. My husband abused the court system and not one thing has been done about it

This man is all about greed. He cares NOTHING about the well being of any child in a custody dispute. He helps his clients break laws, and causes nothing but chaos during a divorce proceeding. He is up all hours of the night sending threatening emails and thinking of new ways to write ridiculous requests for the other party involved. He brags about being friends with the judges here in Naples. He almost makes it sound as though the entire system is rigged, which sure feels like it here in Collier county. He has harassed his client Windell Ross' wife on multiple occasions, calling at early hours accusing her of being racist, and going to her probation officers office claiming she doesn't reside at her address when she has provided a LEASE. He will go out of his way to cause more trouble than is necessary. This lawyer needs to be investigated by the bar because I have no idea how he has made it this far. His "motions" are ridiculous and threatening. And he is getting away with entirely too much.

Terrible lawyer. He is helping his client Windell Ross break multiple laws. Taking a child across state line using a tro when the mother hasn't even resided in Florida for the past 8 months. No Naples judges are doing anything about it, and Mr Roth is calling the mother at late hours, accusing her of being racist and yelling at her on the top of his lungs. These things SHOULD NOT be acceptable.

This attorney does not care about your family and to resolve the case during a divorce, he will create unfair litigation and continue charging because that is all he cares about...money. I complaint to the Florida bar because he advised my former husband to disconnect the power during our divorce while I was living at the house with my children during a hot summer day. This man will not do what is right, he will use the law to attack you and will continue to take from his clients by extending litigation and not wanting to end cases, he will take your money and your children's money. Stay away, he has no morals and is very unethical.
