Attorney Israel and Brenda Digby are the most incredible people. They did all of their duties and more while always making me feel like my case and myself mattered to them. Very friendly, kind and down to earth. I can’t say enough great things about them as professionals and people. If you get injured and feel that no one cares, you are not alone. Zack Tucker is an amazing attorney along side with Chuck Falls. They stood by my side till the end and I am very pleased. I completely agree with another reviewer! Stay away from this law firm! No one here takes accountability, They do not respond to calls, voice mails, emails nothing! It’s been months since my husband has had any communication with them. Katlyn lied about seeing up a conference call with Mr. Williamson as he didn’t show up for the call. Do yourself a favor and find a Firm that is actually in the business of servicing and helping their clients because it’s not this one!

I want to say thank you chuck and the rest of your team for helping me in my case, you guys did a great job , you guys stood up for me and represented me very well in my case . I was totally satisfied in every way , you guys also took the time out to explain and walk me thru everything , and always was there when I needed to ask a question,. You guys are awesome. This law firm does not fight for the client, they do not respond to emails for more than 3 months even if you are not their priority, and after 3 months they contact you and try to convince the client to agree to the small amount offered by the insurance company! (they did not even consider the injury sufficiently).I believe that they work in cooperation with insurance lawyers and in this way leave the client in suspense.!!!.Everyone who has a case with DBA I do not recommend this law firm. A big disappointment
