I had just found out on Feb.14, 2022 that a warrant was out for my arrest for failure to report for my probation. I hadn’t reported for over 2 years. It was a foolish mistake on my part. Things were really stacking up against me for a crime I committed in 2015 a felony possession of under 1 gram. Mr. Gransee explained the situation to me when I met with him and I realized I might be very close to looking at some serious jail time. He told me he couldn’t promise anything, but that there was a chance we could get the judge to terminate my probation, resulting in a dismissal of the original charges. I had just gotten my life back together, and was able to provide a clean hair follicle as part of my defense, in addition to the possibility that the probation had failed to do their due diligence before revoking my probation. Well I was very scared going in to court, which ended up being on Zoom. I was ready for the worst, however a miracle happened and we got the best possible outcome, my case was dismissed.
