These guys are the best! Read on.... We hired Sacks Law to defend against a bogus workers' comp claim. Their "30+ years of expertise" seems to be exclusively in the art of extracting maximum fees from their own clients' pockets with absolutely no interest of resolving the case at the most economical path. They used scare tactics, claiming the state would prosecute and we could lose everything, all while refusing to provide solid estimates. They would say you could lose over 200k in laundry list of liabilities from opposing counsel. When I did the legwork myself and got the former "employee" to admit the claim was a "racket" (Alvandi Law recruits former employees willing to sign made up claims against former employers - another immoral firm) ,and agreed to drop all charges, Sacks Law still tried to insist on unnecessary hearings and legal fees—potentially another $20k–$30k to have the case dismissed on top of the 10k that they got for appearing to a request for hearing. I eventually took matters into my own hands: I helped the former "employee" fire their predatory counsel and file a dismissal directly with the court. (even after the case dismissal Alvandi Law had no clue they were fired haha!) Case closed for $0. If you don't have an insurance company with bottomless pockets for them to milk, RUN. Sacks Law have zero interest in finding an affordable or honest solution for small business owners. They overcharged me for thousands and just got and email from them we have a balance of $290 LOL absolutely no shame or remorse.
