Hello people of the internet. I am writing this review to inform you that this firm helped me when I need help the most. In 2024 I was hit by a company vehicle, a 2023+ / current gen dodge ram truck. My car was rear ended and totaled. There was no saving it and with that, I had lost a part of me. Had this dumb little 2014 Honda accord for a while and it got me everywhere except that day. After the incident, the first thing I did was search for a lawyer and this one was recommended. I gave them a call and they got to work right away. They helped me get all the help I needed. Doctor appointments, x-rays, MRI, physical therapy, chiropractors, therapist, etc. They made sure I got all the necessary help so that I may be well again. Karen helped out a lot as well as the others at this law firm. It has taken some time but they have successfully come to a conclusion with the other party concerning compensation for the hardships I was put through in this incident. Thank you all for your help. I will edit this after the case has been closed.

Well I will be honest in this review I hired this Law Firm to assist in a uber accident I had good information that they were reliable and did a good job. Well my personal experience with the firm I would say wasn't the greatest in the beginning, they pulled it back together with a new case manager or lawyer taking charge of my incident. Making up for the dropped ball and the earlier part of the experience. However I don't feel I got what I should have, Don't let my experience deter you. when I finally did get the right case manager/lawyer Through the firm things went exceedingly well. She did everything that she could With the little time that she had left and The Colossal Dropped ball with the previous Lawyer from The Firm. Now do I think that means that this Law Group is incompetent? Absolutely not, I think anybody that's in the business of business knows that sometimes you have bad apples that are in your group. I don't think that should dictate how well the overall machine works, while I wouldn't instantly jump on the phone to hire them again for my next incident. The experience that I had in the end with that lawyer/case manager I would absolutely jump back on the phone and hire them again if I was insured she would handle my case. So while my review isn't all shiny words and glowing opinions about the overall firm. I do think they are very competent and obviously have people that work for them that are Beyond five star which is who I ended up with her name was Elizabeth. She was the bright shining star through all of this with my experience with this Law Group. So if I was assured she would take care of my case if need a lawyer again, I would absolutely without any hesitation higher them again. I'm sure that there's other case managers/lawyers that are just as good as her there. There's bad apples in every company and that should not look bad upon the entire company. So Elizabeth thank you for all that you did, rest assured if I need your assistance again I will be calling. I think everybody should do their due diligence in reviews and information they can find out when hiring a lawyer. When I did mine I chose this Law Group because everything I saw was good, and the one person I knew had experience with them their experience was also good. Mistakes happen. I searched and put lots of research into who I would hire I felt I did a good job one person changed the outcome of my experience but if this Law Group didn't have such good people that work for them like Elizabeth, I would have gotten nothing. She did in about 4 months what the other lawyer for the same company couldn't do in a year and a half. For that I appreciate her and the overall firm, and I hope everybody has a great experience with them. If I ever need assistance again as long as I can have Elizabeth I will definitely come calling. Let me just add also the law firm did take responsibility for what happened with me. They completely waived their commission, I didn't get what I think I deserved. They did feel bad about the incident and did compensate by taking their percentage off of the total settlement. While I was just trying to get it down they completely waved it and I really feel like they did all that they could to make up for the mistake. I appreciate that, It's one thing to have incompetent person screw something up for a company. It's something completely different to have the company take responsibility and understand what happened and sympathize. They did what they could to ease the pain that was caused by their employee. Lord knows that something you just don't see too much anymore, the days of the customer is always right have been dead for probably over a decade easily. So in all I would say they pulled a five-star with me I appreciate them and their assistance and I wish all of them a good 2026.
