I highly recommend Safe Harbor Law for anyone looking for Estate Planning. Tom LaTorre was wonderful to work with along with his team in Fort Myers. Pam’s workshop presentation and the videos later were very informative with lots of information and the breakdown of each section was easier to understand.

My husband and I attended a free seminar on estate planning presented by Tom LaTorre. It was very helpful going over many concerns we thought about but never did anything about. The seminar was thorough and presented in terms and examples that all could understand. If you are thinking about your estate planning and see a free seminar presented by Safe Harbor Law Firm I would definitely recommend going. We ended up being clients.

The seminar had good information. However, it was poorly planned. 1. We were not informed that we would have to listen to a pitch from AAA because they were the location host. I did not care to hear from them. If I had been told they were going to talk for 10-15 min I would not have attended. 2. The attorney who gave the presentation gave cliffhanger examples of some of the clients situations and need for estate planning. The resolutions were not given and you have to sign up for a separate appt to get more info. 3. The attorney answered few questions and did not leave time at the end of the presentation to ask questions. Instead she said she had to leave for another engagement. We drove 30 min to attend the presentation and had questions. If it was properly planned the atty would have asked if there were questions. Instead she suggested the separate appt to answer questions. I think this was totally disrespectful of my time. 4. The atty was not forthright about the pricing but just fave a large range. She didn’t inform us if this was for a RLT or an Irrevocable LT. 5. If this firm can’t properly plan/present a Seminar, why would I hiring them to do my Estate planning?

Brittany was great. Very knowledgeable. Explained all our options. Great advise. Really enjoyed working with her.

Good presentation and no selling

I recently renewed my will and trust through Safe Harbor and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommended them to anyone that would like to set up a Trust.
