Great customer service

Once again, attorney Doug got the job done. Unfortunately, this was my second lemon SUV. My truck had engine issues and even stopped while I was driving. I chose his law firm because they are extremely helpful and always pick up the phone. He was able to settle my case, and now I’m happy to move forward and shop for another car. I called San Diego Lemon Law when a routine service visit on my very low mileage 2 year old car turned into over 100 days in the shop. To their credit, the service department found an issue that I was unaware of. Not to their credit... the extensive time it took to repair. I found SDLL through a Google search and they had great reviews. They were the first firm I called. They asked and answered questions, explained some basics of California's Lemon Law. I was told they'd review the information I'd provided and let me know if I "had a case," as they didn't take on cases they didn't foresee winning. A couple days later, they reached out to tell me I indeed had a case and we scheduled a Zoom to get things rolling. After deciding to pursue legal action, I was walked through all the paperwork required, told about how long I might expect to wait, and kept up to date as the case progressed.
