Sanford Law firm which advertises "We're Not Afraid of Anyone and We Stand With You" is false. I've had a TCPA case with them since May 9, 2024 and to this date, they have not filed this case or communicated efficient with me. Before you ask did I give Sanford Law firm what was asked of me, absolutely yes and more. Hell, I even typed of a lawsuit against TomoCredit which the intake person, Trey Wilson, asked did I file the lawsuit. This law firm which I just learned has merged with another firm needs to get it together, stop advertising they give great service, and tighten up. Grade: -F
THIS LAW FIRM… 😮💨 5 Years.. our lawsuit took 5 years… and when everyone was saying “Ah you’ll never actually get your money, it’s been too long..” They never once gave up, slowed down, and always communicated the entire way through. Even graciously answered my abundance of phone calls for updates and questions along the way haha 😅🥰 Jamari, couldn’t ask for more professional and friendly! If you want lawyers that won’t stop fighting for you even when you yourself lose hope that you’ll get the outcome you deserve.. you found em! 🫶🏻 Thank you to everyone who put in the time and effort to make it all happen!

My case settled over a year ago and I’ve been trying to get an update for over a month and no one will call me back.

It's true that we have not spoken since April 23. But we have no record of you calling since then. A 1-star review seems like overkill. We worked your case on contingency, we won a settlement, and now we are working to enforce the agreement to get you paid. Except for potentially having no update in the past few weeks (although there really is no update to share), I think 4 or 5 stars would be better. One star seems a little extra. IMHO

I have left 3 messages with the "intake center" over 4 days with no call back. I called through a company called Expertise today and they did not receive an answer. I really wanted to work with these guys due to all of the positive comments, but if you can't reach them and they do not return calls how can this happen? I am disappointed as I expected great service.

I am more than satisfied with the work and due diligence of Sean, Jamari and all other staff at the Sanford law firm for working tirelessly to not only get this case settled in a timely manner, but making sure we as the plaintiffs received the best settlement possible, conducive with the damage we all suffered. The staff had always been professional and forthright in every phase of the process and I would use the Sandford Law Firm in the future with any employment issues I have.
