Prompt,courteous and professional. Right from the start I knew I was being taken seriously about my case and that they cared. Great customer care to both myself and to family members. Quick responses to all of my concerns and questions. Highly recommend.
They don't provide any insurance compensation, they close the case and don't sign for them. I regret having hired them.

While we empathize with our former client, Pablo Galvan, regarding the serious nature of his injuries and the limited compensation allowed under the law ($15,000 minimal liability limits in California), The fact remains that La Injury Attorneys secured Defendant's entire policy limits after conducting its due diligence to seek other sources of recovery as well as employing an asset search company to research Defendant's assets. Mr. Galvan received maximum compensation afforded under the law while receiving a large discount in attorney fees and considerable assistance and guidance. This scenario is a no win situation for any California law firm who is confronted with a Defendant with minimal limits and insufficient assets to cover Plaintiff's total damages.
