I had an excellent experience with this law firm. The attorney were knowledgeable, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process.
I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my case. Since Ms. Ferrah Wallace took over from Dario, there has been little to no communication with me regarding the progress of my matter. The lack of responsiveness and professional follow-up has been extremely disappointing. I have not received updates, guidance, or any form of meaningful communication, which has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service I am receiving. At this point, I expect clear communication and a professional resolution moving forward. Please let me know how this issue will be addressed and who will be my direct point of contact.
