Well, as it turns out I needed James Scafidie’s help and boy am I glad I called. His team is TOP NOTCH! Trust me, I called around to many attorney’s none of them were as professional and approachable at the same time. Look at my other reviews and you’ll see. In December, I needed someone to help formulate a business in California in addition to a few other items.
