I was referred to Scarff Law Firm by my Financial Advisor. We had discovered that my estate was not property protected due to subpar assistance from another law firm. I was leaving the country for a bit and had a heightened sense of urgency to get my paper work in order, Scarff did not disappoint. I met with Brad Carnine for the initial "sit down." Right away I had a sense of comfort that we were on the same page and he knew what he was talking about. Brad structured everything from my healthcare directive to quick claim deeds on my properties. I was able to sign paperwork within a few weeks and put everything in place so assets are protected and the wife and I don't have to worry about probate etc. Everything went smooth and quickly and at a reasonable price. I have worked with this firm during the process of buying two practices and I have been very happy with their work. I find them to be fair in their pricing and know what to do when it is needed. There is another firm I am dealing with, as the buyer has their own, and I am surprised at the level of incompetence. Scarff Law is far superior and you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with a past renter and while they were quick to send a letter informing my former tenant of the pending law suit, they were very slow to move on helping me collect my losses and when the guy moved the lawyer got back to me saying that the former tenant moved and they couldn’t find him. Really?? A law firm couldn’t find him, my wife found him in 15 minutes online, he had moved to Georgia and I had wasted thousands of dollars on their inability to act. So no I’m not happy, if you need something simple like an over rated certified letter that cost about a $1,000 +, fine waste your money because they did nothing more then pick up a phone or type up a letter but really did nothing to help me reclaim my losses.
