Schenk Nursing Home Abuse Law

I call Attorney Rob Schenk office today and spoke directly with Mr Rob concerning a nursing home issue where my mom had Recently stayed. MR. Rob was very professional, knowledgeable and patient! One of their attorneys, Rob Schenk called and was very rude. You can tell when an attorney just wants to hurry and get you off of the phone. I offered to send him emails with a synopsis of the events that led up to my mother’s death along with pictures of but he refused and just wanted to tell me what happened . I had to repeat what conditions my Mother had(was in the statement I prepared) and when I told him I believed the sepsis caused her heart failure he stated, “I don’t know who told you that” very rudely. As we were ending the call he hung up on me as I was saying thank you for returning my call and have a good day. This is why I got the reasoning why sepsis caused my mother’s heart failure.

This was an awesome experience I would definitely recommend Rob for anybody experiencing problems with their elderly loved ones. Thank you for your time and effort
