Rowan Themer is a really good attorney. I would recommend him to anyone. He takes the time to explain things and always gets back with you within 2 days of calling his office. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get the max settlement you can possibly get for the injury you have.
I would highly recommend Mr Themer for any and all of your workman's comp cases. He knows the law and will fight for his client to receive any and all the benefits and payments they are entitled to. Before each new step in the process, Mr Themer will contact you so you will know what to expect. He will be completely honest and there won't be any unnecessary charges like other attorneys. He will be with you all the way. We are very happy with our outcome.

I was privileged to be introduced to Rowan over 10 years ago. He was recommended to me by another attorney that I had known for quite a few years. From the day I met him he made me feel so comfortable as if I had known him forever. His staff was always interested in everything I had to say even when The Times were rough and I just needed someone to talk to. Since that time he has handle several other situations for me and has always been there if I just needed a reassuring piece of advice to make sure that I was doing the right thing. I have referred him to several of my friends and a few of my family members of which he has represented. We really consider him our family attorney.

May17th 2017 I was involved in a personal injury accident hit as a pedestrian by a van during a dust storm crossing county highway 105 outside Monticello, Illinois. injury s resulted in my foot being severed from my leg and put back on. After 11 operations, 1 year no weight bearing, 6 mouths infects, my leg was amputated April 2018. I hired Rowan Themer during my hospital stay the first week. He spent 100's of hours reviewing medical records himself. He knew every word from the first page to the last. his professionalism was unquestionable. One of his qualities that I hired him for was attention to detail. He was never moved by the company s high priced Chicago Attorney s, third party Insurance Company or their relentless seeming never ending ways to try everything to stop a settlement from happening. It is my belief that had I not hired a experienced, knowing the personal Injury s laws inside out, I am have never recovered a settlement. After 4 years and 3 mouths to the day, we litigated a max Insurance payout of $1,000,000.00 dollars. No trial, no appeals, because of a Attorney that, as we would say in the military, crossed every t, and dotted every I. At the end of the day, they could not stop anything. They may have loss a whole lot more had we went to trial. I have peace with it all, I would suggest anyone with a personal injury case to hire him. He was kind, always called me back, always kept me informed, and did what he said he would no matter what.

Mr. Themer helped me when I was at the lowest time in my life. I seriously injured myself during a career that I loved. After my surgery, My then employer was not very forthcoming and Mr. Themer was able to help me with a very complicated situation. I was injured on the Job. I had a difficult time with employeer and allowing them to let me go see a Doctor. After, months of looking for a Doctor who would see me. I was told to contact Themer. I did. I am glade I did. He helped me, not just with my injury about other problems I had. He was very patient and understanding. He always responded right away and always gave me advice and proper Noliage to help me thru my injury. I give him 5 Stars.
