Details of feedback to business: 1. More proactive communication. 2. Allow Lawyer to meet with client earlier. 3. Timely delivery of documents and payments. 4. Ensure clear understanding of client asks. 5. Potentially less hand offs internally. Overall my experience was...OK, but nothing to write home about. My case was settled as it should have been and have to give props for that. However, there were some misses along the way which is why I am giving 2 stars.
