Got through our issue, but come to find out we certainly got the short end of the stick. Would NOT recommend!

I want to thank Mr. Hanssler and his staff for making me feel comfortable and not like just another client. He went over every step with me and left no questions unanswered. I would absolutely recommend him and his office to my family and friends.

I completely agree with Candice H. Avoid them at all cost! Very dishonest, unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. Yes, this Scott Hanssler is an idiot- very rude and obnoxious. As with Candice, they did not refund what was owed. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

We put down $400 to retain this idiot's (Scott Hanssler) services, but then decided not to file our case. Steve Spencer confirmed with me that the $400 would be refunded, and after hounding them for what they confirmed would be refunded, we received $300 back. When we called to ask why it was short $100, we got no return calls and when I actually did get Steve Spencer on the phone it was the same runaround about how "he had to talk to Scott." Again, after numerous phone call followups, I FINALLY got in touch with Scott. When I asked about the discrepancy in the refund, he said it was for services rendered. When I asked why we were not informed of this prior, and why Steve confirmed we would get the full refund, he stated that "he was explaining that now." He then asked if I wanted to "come down" to speak about it, threatening me to a fight. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE STAFF EVER. My wife even tried to discuss (rationally) with Pam, and even she gave my wife attitude. DO NOT USE THEM!
