Kristen was extremely rude, not helpful with any questions i asked and super unprofessional. I was very disappointed. I was going to hire her after consulting with her. It took her almost 5 days to reply emails. I had to send email twice to get her response. I asked how to proceed the payment and if she was available. She told me she is no longer available and will not discuss the case with me. Which when I spoke with her over the phone she said she was available and ready to take my case.
