Incompetant! I had told the person setting up the interview that time was of the essence and I also let them know the issues I was having with other attorneys saying that they couldn’t do it because of circumstances and they assured me that that wasn’t gonna be an issue. So I wasted four or five days waiting for their call for them to tell me that they were wrong and that it was going to be an issue. Incompetence in these kind of situations can hurt you more than anything. They are not here to help.

I had several consultations with Estate Planning Attorneys prior to meeting with Tracy Poston Shows. She was recommended by my father who was recommended to Seasons Law by his CPA. Because of these recommendations, I was fairly certain that Seasons Law would be the firm I'd choose to do my estate planning. But I wanted to meet with other attorney's first just to learn, see what kind of questions they'd ask and how much they charged. It was an education, and I suppose it was worth doing, but after meeting Tracy and her staff, I pretty much realized I wasted my time. Tracy covered things with us that I didn't even think of, nor did the other attorney's even ask. Once Season's Law completed most everything, I was given a short "to do" list. Tracy had offered her time to have conference calls with me and my banking institutions as well as with my insurance company without charging additional fees. She was also very responsive to emails as well as to phone calls. Who does that anymore? Seasons Law does! If you're looking for an Estate Planning Attorney, you need to look no further. Seasons Law has what you need and they look after your best interest. They're much more detailed oriented and the cost was significantly less than some of the others I met. Just as important, Season's Law has the widest selection of candy and the tastiest coffee. If you don't like coffee, they have other types of refreshments. I now feel at peace. :)
