Galen Saterlee fought hard for my auto claim. I had almost reached the statute of limitations and he was able to get it extended and fight for outstanding medical claims and reimbursement for my car. It was further complicated because I had to find an attorney in Arizona while living in Florida. His communication was always clear and he was quick to answer calls or email. I didn't have to return to Arizona to fight the case. Galen was with me every step of the way. My car had been totalled in an accident and I had many injuries and the opposing insurance company fought hard not to award any money to me. They were unable to provide counsel for me. However, the lady I talked to was Extremely HELPFUL just off my initial general call. She should definitely get a raise ha. I have called literally 30 different defense attorneys and no one could provide me any general information. I would recommend this firm, just based off the brief conversation I had with the lady. Very friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Sad I could not work with them, but am grateful that receptionist like her still exist.
