Absolutely terrible experience. This business is nothing but money hungry and completely dishonest. I specifically told them NOT to continue once my retainer ran out, yet they intentionally kept going anyway just so they could hit me with an extra $2,000+ bill I never approved. Then they tried to hold my information hostage unless I paid the unauthorized charges. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how they operate. The little information they actually gathered was already found while my retainer was still active, so the extra charges were completely unnecessary and felt like a deliberate scam to squeeze more money out of me. If you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and manipulated, then this is the business for you. Otherwise, stay far away. There are far more honest investigators out there that actually respect their clients instead of treating them like an ATM.
