I contacted Shimoda & Rodriguez Law through their online consultation form and received a prompt, professional response within a couple of business days. An attorney reviewed my submission in a short period of time, which I appreciated. Although the firm was unable to move forward, the communication was clear, respectful, and personal rather than generic in nature. My point of contact, Shaniya, was courteous and professional throughout the exchange. That level of responsiveness stood out to me. Prompt and thoughtful communication is not always the norm when reaching out to law firms, especially when a case cannot be taken. It’s clear the firm takes its employee-side work seriously and treats people with respect, which is an important service for workers in difficult situations.

I had a great experience with this law firm. I worked with Mr. Shimoda and Mr. Stork. Both the lawyers and the staff made sure to have constant communication and updated me all along the way. Doesn’t care simple as that it’s all about money not law

My experience with Shimoda and Rodriguez Law was nothing short of exceptional. Prior to taking my case, I was a bit lost and not even sure if I had a case. My wife actually took the initiative to search around because she believed I was being done wrong and stumbled upon Shimoda and Rodriguez Law by checking out online reviews (and it helped that the lawfirm was close to home). After taking a chance on calling them, they took a chance on me and believed in my case. They listened to my story, gathered my evidence, and gave me a voice without me having to do much talking. I would highly recommend Shimoda and Rodriguez Law to anyone who feels they were treated unlawfully and deserves compensation. Did intake for a unlawful termination, and waited nearly a month to hear back, only to be told they won’t take my case and to look for a different lawyer. What a waste of time. Called for updates was never given a timeline, then out of the blue was told no, it would be too much effort. If you’re looking for a lawyer to fight for you, this isn’t it.

They deserve 10 stars. Very responsive and clear. Answered every question I have in mind. I will definately seek their service again when needed. Thank you so much for the team!
