How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

At the beginning of my process, my paperwork was significantly delayed, but when my appointment arrived, everything was in order. Before leaving the country for my appointment, I spoke with the lawyer, and she gave me a lot of confidence by handing me all the documents I needed to take to the consulate.
Once I was in Juarez, my assistant, Andrea, answered almost all my questions. I was approved for my residency, thank God.
My family and I hired Shirley and her team to process my mother’s U.S. Residency application. It was a lengthy process of almost 7 years. The first part of the process did not turn out as we expected. During her first U.S. Consulate interview, her application was refused. This created a lot of uncertainty in what the next steps were or who to even contact for assistance. Shirley and her legal team advised to follow the consulate’s instructions from the interview - submit another waiver and simply wait for it to be approved. We attempted to voice our concerns to the legal team asking them what other paths we could take to expedite the case, as our family was now separated and my mom was not able to return back home to the U.S. We kept being instructed to wait. Our family felt we were not being heard and misrepresented at that time.
Fast forward to December 2025, her application was finally approved. Andrea Gutierrez took over my parents’ case this time. She is the reason for this positive review. I can say that from the first time Andrea called me, she demonstrated respect, empathy, professionalism, and commitment to this case. She always kept us updated via emails or phone calls with clear and concise information as to what the next steps were. She also was able to schedule my mom’s consulate appointment in a matter of weeks. This tells me that our family’s case was priority to her. Andrea was compassionate, diligent, and dedicated throughout her personal handling of my mother’s case. My mother has since returned home. I highly recommend this law office for immigration services, especially Andrea.
Big big THANK YOU to the incredible team at The Shirley Sadjadi office for supporting me on my journey to becoming a permanent resident! Attorneys Shirley, Jasmine and Andrea (paralegal) handled my case with exceptional expertise, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their guidance, dedication, and support throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this outstanding, professional team to anyone seeking the very best in immigration representation!

Honestly, they have zero interest in their clients. I think it's like if one of them dies, they don't even notice. They don't answer the phones, you leave a message asking them to call you back, and nothing. I don't know what's going on. I really think they should improve because it's an expensive and very stressful process. I've heard of other lawyers who do call you and keep you informed, but here, none of that. Pure neglect.
Personally, I don't recommend them. I made an appointment with them for a consultation. To begin with, they lied to me, saying it would be with one lawyer, but it ended up being with another. The lawyer who gave us the advice honestly didn't give us any information, since she was supposed to thoroughly investigate my case so she could tell me; she's supposed to know. She promised to email me to give me the advice, but she never did. Even though I sent her emails, she never replied. I practically paid for a consultation that she didn't give me.
Receptionists are always rude, gossiping amongst themselves and NEVER DO THEIR JOB!! They rarely answer the phone and when you ask them a simple question they give you incorrect information. Overall service is super slow, go elsewhere for more productive and professional service.
I don't know where to start, since day one (consultation) everything went smooth, they explained everything well gave me a long list of information I was going to need to file. Took me about 5 months to put it all together, after doing so we made another appointment to start the filing. They checked all the information I gave them, they filed my case, within 1 month they asked for my biometrics, 3 months after I had my work permit, and month after I had my green card in the mail box. Over all took 5 months after filing. My case was very fast but over all I'm very happy, I kno some cases can take longer but I'd put my trust in this office anytime
All the girls at the front desk where very helpful.
And our paralegal Andrea was amazing, she explained how the process was going to go, she answered all our questions. And always responded quick to calls or emails.
I have referred them to friends and family. And will continue to do so.
Poor clerks service and lack of love for their job of the person responsible for the front desk in this office made my husband walk away from this office without try a lawyer . The lawyers in this office may be good but the work of the front desk people is really bad.
I will try to be a little brief when expressing my case. I have no words or how to thank the lawyer Kate who was the one who helped me, since it was many years and she never gave up on my case. Thank you very much. If you are looking for a sincere and honest lawyer. here is the right place now let me tell you I know that many people did not agree with how their case was processed and I understand but let me tell you that this is not an easy road, as many say, it is a long and hard road sometimes we think that just by paying they will solve our case and sometimes it is not like that since they are processes, that are not just the lawyers sometimes there are mistakes and it is not their fault their job is to fight to win your case and sometimes it is not easy calls, appointments, prepare documents and many other things, besides they are human beings like all of us sometimes we do not know if they are sick or had an emergency like we have had, we have missed work either for family reasons or why not, we do not feel well like that they have lives besides it is not only our case there are many cases and they do not give up my point is that we should be a little more understanding and reasonable. And thanks again, Kate and Shirley, you're the best at this.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service my mom received from Jasmine Pedraza and Elizabeth Alvarado during her naturalization case. Their resourcefulness and patience made a seemingly daunting journey feel manageable and straightforward. They were consistently available to answer our questions and provided clarity on every aspect of the process, ensuring we felt confident and supported throughout. Their dedication and professionalism truly is worth admiring , and we wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking assistance with immigration matters. Thank you, Jasmine and Elizabeth, for making this experience a positive one!
