Jonathan was really great! This is my first time having a serious legal issue where I needed a lawyer and I was so confused and scared and Jonathan was very helpful throughout the entire time and gave me a lot of reassurance. Thankfully, he was able to Get everything fixed for me and was able to work with me so that I felt supported. If anyone needs a good lawyer, I highly suggest Jonathan. He really made this process super easy for me and helped to alleviate a lot of of the fear that I was having. I couldn’t have done this without him, and I am forever grateful for him. If I ever need another lawyer, I will always come back to him .

Back in Aug 2025, I had a hiccup with the law. To keep this review short, I was in a minor car accident with another vehicle and the police was called. They didn't take my side of the story and even gave me a ticket for hit and run and failure to maintain and distracted driving. They also threaten to give me a felony if the other party was injured. I end up with three charges; hit and run ( misdemeanor, distracted driving, and failure to maintain lane). I contact the sill law firm and Johnathan called me, he was very calm and gave me the time to talk. Of course, I also reached out to 5 other firms. The sill law firm was professional, they have a billing system, a clerk that handles email and text, and a data base where you can upload all the information to present to the attorney. After 4 court cases, all my charges was dismissed. I did do 25 hours of community service. All the communication was through text and the online data bases. I didn't even have to go into the court, all four of my court dates, I sat in the lobby and waited for the attorney to come out with good news. Thank you sill law firm.

I regret that I have to write this review, but similarly to the other 1-star reviewers here, I feel the need to warn others. A very dear loved one of mine (who I'll call "M") hired Attorney Jonathon Sills. After paying, M went to their first court hearing only to find that Mr. Sills had substituted a younger, less experienced attorney to represent them. This change was never communicated to M which, in my opinion, is almost certainly a violation of Rule 1.4 of the Rules of Professional Conduct, Client Communication. Throughout M's case, M was not given any meaningful time to review critical documents. I personally witnessed on multiple occasions where M was handed lengthy documents five minutes or less before having to go before the judge, and asked to review them. This is again a failure of client communication. The real heartbreak though is the false hope that this attorney gave to M. She told M repeatedly that M could expect to get out of prison in 30 days, and that M could serve their parole time in their home state (not CT). We didn't find out until M was imprisoned that these statements were completely false. M was not only devastated emotionally, but also had to deal with serious consequences to their family life and full-time job as a result of relying on this misinformation. M's loved ones, including myself, are in a lot of pain because of this bad advice. Please--if this firm pulls the bait-and-switch on you. Get another firm.
