I think professionalism can be handled better in many ways. If you do not get a call back you will for sure need to call again and again. Attorney Eduardo Sierra needs to work on communicating better and being a little more respectful. Attorney Rodrigo Carbajal could work on his patience but he is a good attorney overall.
