Easy process for intake information and getting connected

So far it has been good just getting started

I just spoke with Tia regarding a potential need. I left the call feeling like I had connected with the correct firm for a large and complex public safety accident that had been hiden for years. They lied, and we died. Had they told us we would have been monitored. Instead, we named areas near the plant, like Cancer Hill was Humboldt Hill... downwind and up the hill. Bard Port Catheter infection caused Sepsis and almost killed me. Had Catheter removed. Infected my pacemaker had to have that removed also. Another pacemaker implanted a week after infected one was removed. It was put on opposite side of my chest. Simmons Hanly Conroy so far have been great in getting a claim filed on my behalf !

Just finished my initial contact with Simmons. Case Mgr. Kris M. was easy to understand; explained the process; was personable, and patient with me. Before ending the phone call, he made sure that I had received all the emails he sent. Plus he walked me thru an email procedure to make sure I did it successfully.
