Derek you were the best choice we ever made when we were seeking out representation. You took such great care of all of our needs and didn’t sugar coat anything. If anyone ever asks me for who I would recommend there will be no other name just Simms & Associates. The best firm in Alabama in my opinion. Thank you so much for all you did for us!!!!!
The best money I've ever spent. With out Derek Simms on my side there is no telling how lost or for how long I would be tied up in the court system. He is fast acting and efficient and he allways answers the phone for me. Just wish I had called him sooner. He's a Rockstar! I am very grateful.

From the first initial consult call that led to a meeting with Derek, I felt like I had found an advocate for my car accident case. I was referred to Simms and Associates by my sister-in-law after I was involved in a car accident in August 2029. Derek handled my case very well and he took the time to explain everything that was going on and made sure I understood everything.This was my first time ever having to get a lawyer so I had a lot of questions, Derek answered every single one of them. The office staff was also so helpful anytime I had to call to check in on anything. Everyone I interacted with was always professional.
