In responce on 4/27 and to clarify, I was very specific in my original email and provided a description of my complaint along with the contract I digitally signed. I did not receive that contract until several weeks later, after repeatedly asking about my missing refund. That documentation, along with the timeline and communications, clearly outlines the issue: they are denying that I called to cancel the agreement. The dispute is not a lack of information, but rather that the other party is denying a verbal cancellation that did in fact occur over the phone. If you feel you are able to assist with matters like this, I am happy to continue the discussion offline by email. However, I would need confirmation that you can first provide an initial assessment of whether the matter is actionable based on the information already submitted, without requiring additional paid review before indicating whether there is a viable claim.
