Smith & Eulo Law Firm: Criminal Defense Lawyers

Firm had no problem taking my $4000 retainer; however the lawyer assigned to my husband's case doesn't return messages, emails or texts. His client, my husband, has no way to reach his attorney because it always goes to voive mail. Highly disappointed in the lawyer provided & the cost I've paid for whatever the lawyer is or isn’t doing. Waiting on a bill to see where my $4000 retainer was used.

They failed to present any evidence to the judge, nor even look up any information. I sent over notarized statements through fax and email and they claimed they never got them. They made big promises before a retainer was paid. “He will not go to prison,” yet my brother went for driving on suspended licenses 2400 was paid upfront for a lawyer to come in and do nothing but act interested. My brother can out about 2 years was locked up prior to this situation almost 9 yet the lawyer could not see this!? DO NOT RECOMMEND FIND SOMEBODY ELSE. The officers put false charges as they always do even with the gf after hiring this lawyer she gets arrested the next night they are not for the people but are for self and my brother got more time added to his sentence not less 🤦🏾‍♂️
