Mr. Smoler and his staff are consistent, precise and have a great deal of loyalty to their clients! This was a worry free process. The only thing that I had to focus on was getting better. My opinion mattered! Mr. Smoler and his team did all of the work AND kept me well informed!

Please be advised that if you get into an accident with someone who got cheap insurance they will prolong your case. You will not be treated as a priority. This is by far the worst law firm I ever came in counter with. I referred friends and family members and everyone I referred is unsatisfied. They sent a lawyer who had no knowledge of my accident to the arbitration center, the lawyer was also was unprepared. Save your time and the hassle and go with a better law firm. I was also told to call my insurance for documentation when it is the lawyers job to contact both parties. Why pay a lawyer if you have to do they job as well.

Robert and his team at Smoler Law were wonderful from the start. I had recently been injured at work and taken my case to a few other firms and was turned away from each of them.
