Great attorney, but their paralegal Cristal is an absolute nightmare. Horrible person to her core. Super frantic and rushed. Rude to clients. Doesn’t sufficiently get anything done. Always reeks of cigarettes. She’s very daytona. I’d avoid this office simply due to her. I’m glad I was able to spare my money and go elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

Sat in on a meeting with a friend and Mr. Snell seems like a nice guy and competent lawyer. He was not rushing to get to the next client and he took his time to make sure my friend understood the options. Fee was affordable and fair.
