I was happy to learn that the Social Security Law Group is now in Florida. They helped me win my case 12 years ago, and since then, whenever I needed their help, even years later, they were very responsive,concerned informative and helpful, easing my mind from which government notices, can be a bit daunting. I had a question today about what is now my SSA Retirement benefits, receiving a notice from Social Security informing me my benefits would be classified differently ( Retirement they say)and when I left a message, the Attorney called me back right away and assured me there was nothing to worry about. In fact, they called me back within an hour of my leaving a message..who does that! i was thrilled to learn that attorney Vic Arruda and the social security law group had opened-up a Florida office in Sarasota .Attorney Arruda helped me and my family ,and i am grateful and i highly recommend their law firm .His firm had helped a family member of mine about 10 years ago. and i contacted them on her recommendation. when i first contacted him, Attorney Arruda told me that my age and disability would most likely require me to go in front of a judge in order to win benefits .i was originally a bit disappointed but in the end he was right .we did everything we could , but my initial application was still denied the first time around. His staff helped me get all my medical records and we prepped over the phone a couple of times and then we met the day before the hearing .He also sent me audio CDs that were very helpful in helping me prepare for the hearing.
