You will not be disappointed! I was in the process of setting up Escrow for one of my business listings. The buyers chose a completely different Escrow house at the last minute, in Spokane, of all places, even though we were in the Seattle area. I definitely had my doubts that this would even work. After corresponding by email with “Crystal Land,” an attorney, I was immediately impressed. Whenever I sent her an email, I would get a response within minutes. This has never happened to me with the Escrow houses I have used here in the Seattle area. “Crystal” would send me updates as if she could read my mind. Started out as a great attorney, but communication and follow up became slow then nonexistent. Christal is genuinely a great person that we enjoyed working with, so perhaps they have just become too busy to keep up or needed to prioritize bigger clients. Update: After posting this review, the firm responded publicly. I want to clarify that I have never had an unpaid balance with the firm and was never notified of any billing or account issue. Over the past year, I reached out multiple times by email, text, and phone in an effort to re-engage, but did not receive responses. My review reflects that experience. If there is any confusion around billing or account status, I’m open to resolving it directly and offline.

I never thought in a million years I would be writing a review about any type of attorney. But today I must break that trend. My wife and I transitioned our sole proprietor business over to LLC,this company was absolutely stellar. Right off the bat we had anticipated things to move along slowly, and that there would be a lot of back and forth with our Attorney Christal. Well I was wrong ,because right after our consultation, Christal went to work and kept us in the loop the whole time. Christal took our calls for questions & concerns expeditiously ,and we never got off the phone with Christal without total understanding as to what the questions or concerns were about. I will say if you need a business Attorney and A++++ service plus reasonable $$$ I highly recommend Christal!!
