Interactions have been extremely pleasant knowledgeable, professional and have done much to put my worry at ease in what has been a challenging and stressful situation I have been faced with : Navigating WA law Very helpful, answered the phone immediately and upon hearing my dilemma was incredibly proactive about attaining council for me. They initially said nothing was available until after the hearing date which is Tuesday next week and called me back and hour later and went out of their way to schedule me the following Monday with very very short notice on a Friday! You have my deepest gratitude.

Whoever they have answering the phone has a real attitude problem. Calling in to get clarification on dates/procedures as I don't have need of attorneys ... well ever. But this lady is snippy, short and argumentative at the drop of a hat. She was filibustering so much I had to finally interrupt her and ask her to listen to what I'm trying to say. Didn't want to hear it and went agro-angry on me. Wow. Great customer service. I was calling to ask about my attorney's schedule - something they said THEY would do and get back to me. Never complained about that once and she was acting like it was my fault they.... didn't contact me like they said they would? OK... Gaslight central. Haven't even spoken with my attorney yet - sure he's a great guy. This is a review of their customer skills up front.

Just had a meeting with Mrs Starr and I am very disappointed in the way that she treated me, She laughed at me and tried to belittle me, very unprofessional & Ineffective counsel.

I had a disappointing experience with Cara Starr as a lawyer. Unfortunately, I found that she lacked empathy and did not demonstrate strong customer relations skills to build trust. Throughout our interactions, she did not seem to listen to my concerns with a helpful or understanding attitude, which made the process more frustrating than it needed to be. I believe a lawyer should be both knowledgeable and compassionate, but sadly, I did not find these qualities in her approach.

Cara Starr is an amazing public defender. She made sure to explain every step I would encounter for my case, and fought hard for me to have a pleasurable outcome considering my circumstances. She is a very busy woman- I am sure that is due to her perseverance and making sure her clients are treated fairly. Say what you might about public defenders, this woman took care of me like I had her retained her as my personal attorney.

Corrupt and incompetent beyond all comparison. The attorneys at this firm aren’t equipped to do something as basic as open a zip file and do not even know what digital metadata is, much less how to preserve it during discovery. The firm’s attorneys are unprofessional, rude, and regularly misgender their transgender clients without apology, which brings their attention to detail into serious question. They are *very* friendly with police and prosecutors, so do not expect effective representation in any case that threatens those relationships.

HI TO EVERYONE AND GOOD LUCK TO ALL LIFE IS A WONDERFUL GIFT TO BE ENJOYED AND TO HELP OTHERS ENJOY THIERS, MINE WAS DESTROYED BY A CLERICAL ERROR BY A CITY EMPLOYEE FOR 20YRS I WAS CONSTANTLY GOING IN AND OUT OF JAIL HAVING TO START OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN, ALWAYS ASKING MY ATTORNEY'S JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS TO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW MY DRIVER'S LICENSE COULD BE IN REVOKED STATUS AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WHAT THE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING HAS YOU CLASSIFIED AS SO IM SENTENCING TO THE MANDATORY 180 days in jail to start now. DOUGLAS SCOTT WACKER BECAUSE HE CARES ABOUT PEOPLE'S RIGHTS FIGURED THE MISTAKE MADE AND THEN DEFENDED MY CHARACTER AND CREDIBILITY WITH LOVE AND DEVOTION IT ACTUALLY MADE ME CRY LIKE A BABY REALIZING WHAT THIS MAN DID FOR A COMPLETE STRANGER,HE CARES ABOUT JUSTICE

Mr Lotzkar is a good lawyer and a solid fella to have in your corner. My back was up against a wall and he helped me out tremendously. He knows the law and sometimes it was tough keeping up with him, he can talk so quickly and confidently on the topic! What I liked about this interaction: professionalism, responsiveness, value and quality.

Carr stars negligence in my case caused me to be later falsely arrested due to her not filling paper work. Do not recommend.
