If you have a complex worker's comp case, do not bring it to this firm. I initially spoke with Michael, who took my case. However, once he realized that my situation—which involved severe employer neglect—was going to be a fight, his entire demeanor changed. Instead of being honest and simply telling me they didn't want to take on a difficult case, he wasted my time. He referred me out to someone who doesn't even handle my specific type of case. Worse, instead of taking responsibility, this firm tried to gaslight me. They flat-out lied and told me the problem was that Worker's Comp had denied my claim. This was completely false, as Worker's Comp was actively still calling me. They clearly only want 'easy' cases that require zero effort, and they will lie to you to get out of doing actual legal work. If an attorney cannot be honest with you from day one, you cannot trust them to represent you. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
